We are delighted to announce a landmark achievement for our portfolio company, Cervello. The Israeli rail cybersecurity startup has been chosen by CAF to secure the Tel Aviv Light Rail’s Purple Line. This significant project aims to safeguard 43 stations and an estimated 256,000 daily passengers.
Cervello, in collaboration with Bynet Data Communications, will implement a comprehensive rail infrastructure cybersecurity solution across the Purple Line’s 27 kilometers, connecting six major Israeli cities. Awarded the construction contract in January 2022, CAF will rely on Cervello’s expertise to ensure the safety and security of this crucial infrastructure. The platform offered by Cervello will provide security teams with enhanced visibility, asset intelligence, and risk management capabilities to effectively counter cyber threats.
