Michal Levin, as Chief Operations Officer for DB Group, is the driving force that transforms our ambitious business aims into operational and financial reality. Michal joined DB Group after the acquisition of a subsidiary of LivePerson where, in her role as COO, she more than doubled the business in three years, taking the company from startup to scalable multi-vertical organization. Prior to LivePerson, Michal held multiple influential positions at Microsoft, including reviewing and improving all sales operations, processes and results, and exceptional levels of business and development partnering with Microsoft’s largest enterprise customers in Israel.

At DB Group, Michal brings her strategic, analytical, execution and management skills to enhance the performance of every one of DB Group’s business units, seed companies and startups. She works closely with each unit and company leader, setting goals and expectations, putting efficient processes into place, and supporting execution and delivery.
